Tile or roll?  This is a common question many of our customers ask when deciding between the most suitable rubber format for their gym or studio space. 

Our roll formats have multi purpose benefits as they accommodate both safety and protection from heavy equipment, light to medium free weights and cardio/strength activities, however they are also widely used for industrial and non-fitness purposes in garages, factories and out-buildings.
