Shipping policy

The estimated dispatch time is around 1-5 working days for stock items; 7-10 working days for non-stock items.  Pre-order items will be dispatched on the same day we receive the stock.  The website will be kept up to date with the ETA for these items.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse at 51 Watt Road, Hillington, Glasgow, G52 4RY.

You will receive an automated email from us when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse with your tracking number and a link to our delivery partner UPN's website.  UPN will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery within 48hours of us dispatching your order.  

Once your delivery date has been agreed with UPN you must ensure you have someone available to accept delivery (unless you have prior agreement with us or UPN for the pallet to be left in a safe place).  Please be aware that there will be an additional delivery charge of £59 for any failed delivery.

We use UP Logistics for palletised shipping, through the UPN network and DHL & UKMail for carton shipping.  Although we endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there are rare occasions where our courier partners may encounter unforeseen problems which may delay your order. Although we will act quickly and responsively to sort out any problems, these are mostly outwith our control and Gym-Flooring (Marcias Limited) will not be held responsible for any losses caused by these delays.

Orders up to £250 – a standard pallet charge applies of £39

Please remember this is a *KERBSIDE PALLET DELIVERY ONLY*, the driver will NOT enter your premises and is under no obligation to move the item for you. In the event of a larger order, we would advise you arrange suitable assistance to help take delivery of your goods.

The pallet is considered part of the packaging and is, therefore, your own responsibility to dispose of.

If you anticipate any issues with your goods being delivered on an 18T rigid vehicle (bin lorry size) then please let us know as soon as possible and we can request a smaller vehicle - there may be additional charges applied for this service.

If no-one is available to accept the order, the goods can be left in a safe place with your prior permission. If this is an option for you, please let us or UPN know in advance.  Goods will not be left without your permission.

If the driver is unable to make delivery to you on the agreed day due to no-one being home or no response on the contact number, the goods will be taken back to the depot and a re-delivery charge applied - currently £59.

Unfortunately, the following postcodes do not qualify for free delivery.  Delivery charges will be applied separately as shown below:

Free collection is available from the warehouse in Hillington with advance notice.   Tell us when you are coming to collect and bring your confirmation email. Please wear a mask and observe social distancing rules. 


Unless your goods are faulty, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can arrange the collection for you and, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund – currently £59 per pallet (return & restock fees).
