PROUD OLYMPIC URETHANE WEIGHT PLATE are high quality plates designed for strength and functional training. The plates are made of steel and covered with a protective layer of urethane , which makes them extremely durable, resistant to wear and abrasion. The urethane layer protects equipment and floor from getting damaged.
The plates have handles which makes it easy to take them off/on barbells. The handles mean they can be used in place of dumbbells or kettlebells.
Plates are not intended for throwing. For this purpose, we recommend a bumper plate.
