Brilliant customer service, fast delivery

"We got 25 of the 500mm x 500mm x 30mm thick mats for under our inflatable hot tub to provide a cushioned and insulated layer under it. I asked a million questions before purchasing and the customer service department was outstanding. I ordered and received the mats about 3 days later which was ideal. Only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is that the peg holes in the mats were not all in the exact same size (just mm different) which wasn’t ideal and the pegs are a bit too long and we couldn’t get the mats to butt up as neatly as we would have liked without having to make the hole a wee bit deeper. Overall we are delighted with the purchase and would highly recommend."
