Parkour high-impact flooring, also known as parkour mats or parkour crash pads, are a specialised type of flooring designed to provide cushioning and protection during high-impact movements and landings in Parkour and Calisthenics. Both Parkour and Calisthenics involves running, jumping, climbing as well as other acrobatic movements, and safety is key to ensure the body is protected from injury.
