The Sprung 4-Year Warranty
Every Sprung rubber floor is covered by a 4-year warranty from the date of delivery, protecting you against manufacturing defects and premature product failure under normal use.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in any tile, mat or roll; premature breakdown, crumbling or delamination under normal use for the product's stated application; and products that arrive damaged or don't match their specification.
What's not covered
Damage from incorrect installation or an unsuitable subfloor; cuts, gouges or burns caused by equipment misuse; damage from unsuitable cleaning products or methods; the natural characteristics of recycled rubber, such as slight shade variation, fleck distribution or a temporary rubber smell when new; and normal wear and tear.
Making a claim
Email info@gym-flooring.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and a few photos. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Where a claim is accepted, we'll replace the affected product or refund it — whichever puts things right fastest.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
