The lighter weight tiles in 11mm and 15mm compared to our denser options in 43mm to 63mm, are designed to resist impact, reduce noise levels and enhance your workout whether it's a moderate cardio routine or Olympic weight training.
PRO 30mm is for medium to higher levels of impact intensity. The heavy-duty, robust system constructed from 100% SBR rubber provides that extra layer of protection against body injury or heavy weights damage.

"Installed the 30mm flooring into my garage 'home gym' area to replace foam tiles. These were by far the cheapest I found when searching. Was concerned they were going to be poor quality but I was well and truly surprised just how good they were. It was a simple ordering process. Delivered in 4-days. They are not light, so installation was not easy, but also not too difficult. Only used 5mm allowance for 'kicking in' and the floor looks great. Also keeps the heat a little more given we are coming into winter and they also deaden the sound too."

Great floor for a home gym
"Good value, efficient delivery and good communications throughout. I lay these directly on to a sealed concrete floor with no adhesive, and they are heavy so there's no movement. Equally, it's hard work lifting and moving them around so be prepared for that. They were relatively easy to cut with a Stanley knife, but use fresh blades regularly and put a plank under the cut to help the tile open up as you score it deeper. In my square room, I was able to use about 2/3rds of the tiles with no cuts, then the majority of the remainder I could use the tile on tile method of cutting, so it was just a few tiles that needed detailed measuring to cut around doors, shapes and the corners. I mainly use free weights and the tiles are great both underfoot and when weights and bars rest or drop on the floor. I ended up bolting my rack through the tiles into the floor, and that seems fine. They also provide a stable floor under cardio machines. Very little odour, just a (to me) pleasantly light rubbery smell."
