"We ordered this flooring through sprung. We asked for a sample first as had seen similar flooring through B&Q. It arrived quickly (within 2 days) and we could see it was much better quality. There was a sale on, I put the tiles we needed in my basket but decided to place the order the next day, but before I could customer service could see how much I had and offered me an even better discount for a bulk order. The company contacted us directly to arrange delivery for a day of our choosing. The delivery driver called before he got to us so we knew when to expect him and he was polite and really helpful. The tiles were well packaged on a pallet. They were simple to cut to shape with a Stanley knife. I used chalk to mark the shape which rubbed off fine. And now we can finally use our garden again as a safe space for our one year old!"
