Designed for free-weight areas, lifting platforms and strength training zones, Titan heavy-duty rubber tiles help absorb impact and reduce vibration during demanding workouts.
An easy-clean, high-density rubber surface combines with a recycled rubber base for durability and cushioning. The connector system allows installation without adhesive, with ramps and corner pieces available to finish exposed edges.

Unlike cheaper alternatives, we only use Binder (adhesive) which allows for an odourless rubber.

Cross Fit, Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, Medium to Heavy Weights
Installation
Connector pieces (hidden) are inserted underneath each tile to securely interlock them together, keeping them in place. The tiles can also be loose laid or glued using adhesive. The rubber can be cut to size using a utility knife.
The elastic tiles are produced under high temperatures and will shrink after production. This means that there is always a dimension tolerance on length, width and thickness. Due to the different dimensions of the tiles, we advise installing the tiles 'half brick wise' and not corner to corner. It is important that the outer tiles are fixed between a wall or profile so that all tiles can be placed under compression.
Sub-floor
The sub-floor requires to be level, firm and dry.

"So pleased with our purchase. We have hard plastic tiles in our garage and had 4 individual gym mats on top of them. They did a job , but were uncomfortable for floor exercises. The Sprung Gym Mats are excellent quality, nice and heavy, maybe a little difficult to manoeuvre, but one you get them in place (with a little help from a rubber mallet), they fit together perfectly. Importantly for us, they also look great. Very classy."
