Yes our Konnecta range comes in a 20mm and 30mm thickness.  The 20mm is suitable for medium to high intensity training with a weight capacity of 140kg.  The 30mm is recommended for high impact workouts and weights up to 200kg.

Do I have to buy the Konnecta inserts separately?

No the Konnecta Tiles comes with all the inserts needed for your installation.
