"An 80 year old man who lifts is as strong as a 30 year old man who doesn't.
After the age of 30 muscle mass decreases by approximately 3-8% every decade. This rate of decline becomes even faster after the age of 60.
This reminds me of my dad who decided to start lifting & running at 40 years old. Now at the age of 76, his body and brain are as active as ever. He doesn't need any form of assistance, he's living independently and doing it on his terms.
A couple sessions a week of weight training is the ultimate form of delayed gratification. You're trading 90 minutes a week for a lifetime of mobility, strength, and brain health. I'd make that trade in a heartbeat.
I know some people in their old age who look back and regret not taking better care of themselves. They got to a point where there was no return. You don't want to let that happen to you. It's better to be the oldest person in the weight room than the youngest person in the nursing home.

Ingredients
- 475g Chicken Breast (raw - cut into five strips weighing approximately 95g each)
- Salt, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 50g Cornflakes (crushed)
- 2 Eggs (mixed - not all of it is used)
- 120g Plain Flour (Vetta Smart Plain Protein Flour - or you can use mini tortillas)
- 100g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
- 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
- Zinger Sauce: 75g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt, 1 Tsp Paprika & Sriracha
- Lettuce
Air fry = 190 Degrees Celsius 16 - 18 Min
OR
Bake In Oven = 200 Degrees Celsius 20 - 25 Min

• 200ml Almond Milk - unsweetened
• 200g Brooklea Protein Yogurt
• 1 Scoop @officialcnp Biscuit Peptide
• 1 x Mini Banana
• 25g blueberries
• 1/2 Biscoff / Caramelised Biscuit
• 1/2 Tablespoons Biscoff Spread

1) Crumble your Weetabix into a bowl and add in your milk, mixing together until a smooth texture.
2) add your yogurt and protein into a another bowl. Mix together then place on top of your weetabix, covering all areas.
3) set aside in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or over night.
4) Add a crumbled biscuit around the edge of the bowl before adding on your sliced banana and blueberries.
5) Melt your biscoff spread in the microwave for 15-30 seconds until runny.
6) Drizzle the spread over the bowl, grab a spoon and dive in! Enjoy
