That does not mean everybody needs the thickest floor available.

Create a Dedicated Drop Zone

For example, somebody who spends most of a session on a bike, bench or cable machine may not need very thick flooring throughout an entire spare room.

You do not have to drop a dumbbell from knee height after every set.
